Fusehill Medical Centre
Currently under construction, this latest 3PD (3 partnership development) represents the culmination of three years work. In partnership with London Road Medical Practice and the NHS Primary Care Trust, Harrison Northern Limited is developing this 8,500 sq ft medical centre within a halfacre site just to the south east of the City Centre, directly opposite 5t Martins (UCLAN) College.
The development briefly consists of a modern two-storey building with secure off-road parking. The GP practice is arranged over two floors, with disabled facilities and lift.

A new 1,500 sq ft pharmacy operated by G. Lightfoots and Sons is to be located on the ground floor and is sure to provide a great service to the patients and local community

1,500 sq ft of flexible floor space has been located on the first floor above the pharmacy and beneftts from off-street parking, CCTV, full disabled access provisions, including lift and disabled parking.
Health Related Space
1,500 sq ft of open plan flexible space is currently available for health related uses and can be fitted out by Harrison Northern Limited to the tenants specifications. Lease terms and details are available on request.

Cuedoc (Cumbria Emergency Doctors on Call), NHS Direct and Carlisle Dental Access Centre are all located at our flagship development 'The Capital Building', providing over 6,000 sq ft of primary care facilities for Cumbria.
This elevated landmark building is highly prominent and visible from the A6, the west coast rail line and the City Centre.
Harrison Northern Limited continues to work with Cuedoc to adapt and develop this out of hours doctors' centre. The Capital Building also houses the regional Business Link Centre, Government CAFCASS offices, HSBC Bank and others within the 20,000 sq ft building.
